Product Overview

The ZD16 series signal indicators utilize LED chips as their light source, offering long life, low energy consumption, compact size, and light weight. They represent a significant upgrade to the XD-type incandescent and ambient-light signal indicators. The lampshade is constructed of high-strength polycarbonate, offering excellent impact resistance. Built-in screw-type wiring provides increased safety and convenience. These signal indicators are suitable for use in power, telecommunications, machine tools, shipbuilding, textile, printing, mining, and other equipment for signaling, warning, emergency, and other applications.

Note: 

1. AC/DC signal indicators use a resistor-type voltage dropper, while AC indicators use a capacitor-type voltage dropper.

2. At voltages of 110V and above, the case temperature rise of AC/DC signal indicators is higher than that of AC indicators.

Usage Precautions

1. The operating frequency of AC signal indicators is 50-60Hz. Using them at other frequencies will damage the indicator.

2. The typical threshold voltage for anti-interference signal indicators is below 40V. Please specify if a higher threshold voltage is required. It is recommended that the threshold voltage not be too high. If the interference voltage is too high, please check the wiring.

3. AC dual-color indicators must not be wired incorrectly, as this will damage the indicator.

4. Avoid soldering when connecting the indicator. Use a universal plug (2.5x0.8mm) and secure it with a protective cover. If soldering is required, use a soldering iron of 30W or less and complete the soldering within 3 seconds. Do not apply force to the terminals.
