Product Overview
The ZD2 series pushbutton switches are suitable for industrial control circuits with an AC operating voltage of up to 380V (50Hz) and a DC operating voltage of up to 220V. They can be used to control magnetic starters, contactors, relays, and other electrical circuits. The pushbuttons with indicator lights are also suitable for applications requiring light signaling.
Compliant with GB/T 14048.5.

Normal Operating and Installation Conditions
1. Ambient temperature: not exceeding +40°C, with the average temperature over 24 hours not exceeding +35°C. The lower limit of ambient air temperature is -5°C.
2. Altitude: not exceeding 2000m.
3. Atmospheric conditions: At a maximum temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is permitted at lower temperatures, for example, up to 90% at +20°C. Special measures should be taken to prevent occasional condensation caused by temperature fluctuations.
4. Pollution degree: Level 3.

Structural Features
1. The metal pushbutton features an anti-tamper operating head, which cannot be removed from the front.
2. All contacts function as both switching circuits and self-cleaning, ensuring reliable contact even under low voltage and low current conditions.
3. The normally open and normally closed contact groups are independent and can be combined as needed for easy replacement.
4. Concealed wiring terminals provide increased safety and reliability. The metal pushbutton operating head and base are constructed of zinc-aluminum alloy, offering an attractive and durable appearance.
5. The illuminated pushbuttons and signal lights utilize a standard BA9S lampholder, allowing for the selection of different light sources.

2.For single-order replaceable contacts. For example, ZD2-BE10□. The numbers in the □ represent normally open or normally closed. The numbers in the □ represent 1 for normally open and 2 for normally closed.
